History

The association was created in 2014 under the impetus of Philippe RACAUD, a former cooperator in Burkina Faso in the 90s.
Following his return ten years later to the southwestern region of Burkina Faso where he had worked, he was able to observe that rural areas were still deprived of basic infrastructure (water and energy). By creating the ADVK, he wanted to mobilize his network to finance and carry out concrete projects for the poorest, while taking into account the environmental constraints of development.
